About the Role
Calders Bar isn’t just a hotel bar. It’s where:

We’re looking for a hands-on Bar Manager who can:
- Lead from the front
- Inspire a brilliant team
- Make Calders the place everyone wants to spend their evening
Responsibilities
- Leading an energetic bar team and creating a fantastic working culture
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences from first coffee to last cocktail
- Driving sales through premium drinks, creative promotions, and memorable events
- Managing stock, gross profit (GP), rotas, and labour costs like a pro
- Training and developing the next generation of hospitality stars
- Working closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to keep service running smoothly
