Bar Manager

The Bar Manager will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional guest experience, driven by their mastery of mixology, cocktails, and wine. Leading the team during service, you'll exude pride and passion in every aspect of your work, fostering long-term relationships with our discerning guests. Collaborating closely with the management team, you'll set the tone for innovation by creating trend-setting cocktails and overseeing the development of our bar team. With a keen financial awareness, you'll meticulously control costs while crafting menus that reflect industry trends, ensuring we remain at the forefront of bar destinations.
