Bar Manager
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the operational running of the bars including increasing the venue beverage sales, ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties and leading by example.
Requirements
- Practical bar and cellar management background
- Experience of budget management and cost control (including stock, cash handling and product ordering)
- Innovative and pro-active in driving sales by keeping up with current bar trends
- Ability to work both weekends and weekdays
