About the Role

As our Bar Manager, you’ll be a hands-on operator with passion and experience to inspire and lead your team. You’ll:
- Motivate and educate staff, shaping the Hotel Du Vin hot stret signature—a culture of knowledge and quality in the bar.
- Elevate the guest experience with knowledge, charm, and a Dash of your own energy.
- Play an active role in nurturing future leaders in Food & Beverage Management, paving the way for further progression.
