About the Role

At Hotel Du Vin, we believe in offering something different from the typical hotel bar experience. As our Bar Manager, you’ll be a hands-on operator with passion and experience to inspire and lead your team. You’ll:

  • Motivate and educate staff, shaping the Hotel Du Vin hot stret signature—a culture of knowledge and quality in the bar.
  • Elevate the guest experience with knowledge, charm, and a Dash of your own energy.
  • Play an active role in nurturing future leaders in Food & Beverage Management, paving the way for further progression.
