Role Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the bar.
- Ensure that all preparation and service of the bar is completed to the highest standards and in keeping with the specifications and systems set to keep our service consistent.
- Ensure that we are compliant with health and safety and food hygiene by following any systems shown to you.
- Support with developing bar menus, costing the menus accurately and ensure that GP targets are achieved.
- Ensure your team are fully trained and performing to a high standard whilst delivering exceptional customer service, keeping the customer at the forefront of their minds.
- To be fully responsible for the service and wellbeing of our guests, ensuring we are providing a safe service at all times.
- Ensure all orders are placed on time and that stock levels are managed efficiently.
- Ensure that the preparation and presentation of each section is of a high standard.
- Be mindful of waste, always seek help to utilise all stock and minimise waste.
- Report any faults or defects as you see them.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments in the hotel particularly the F&B and Kitchen teams, supporting the wider department as and when required.

- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail

- Proven experience in food & beverage service with a strong knowledge and passion for cocktails
