Restaurant Supervisor – NANA Cafe, Covent Garden

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. If you are confident leading a team, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and can support daily operations in a busy restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include

  • Supervising front of house service and supporting the team during busy periods
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times
  • Assisting with staff organisation, rota support, and daily briefings
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures
