Key Responsibilities
Your core duties as Bar Staff include:
Customer Service & Sales
- Taking, preparing, and serving drinks via bar or customer app to specification
- Delivering meals, checking back with customers, and clearing plates on time
- Maintaining friendly interactions – greet customers, say thank you, and build rapport
Operational Excellence
- Promoting events, promotions, and menu items knowledgeably
- Upholding ’clean as you go’ standards, including:
- Clearing tables and wiping surfaces
- Toilet checks
- Stocking frids and refilling supplies
- Assisting with glass-washing, floor/beer garden clearing, and other derrière-the-Scène duties
Flexibility & Availability
- Shifts vary across mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights to meet pub opening hours.
- Sample weekly structure (starting from 6:00 AM):
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM/2:00 AM
- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM
