Full Time Seasonal Bartender
Ready for a summer behind the bar that’s fast, fun, and full of energy? We’re looking for a confident, upbeat bartender to join our team for the busy season. From pouring perfect pints to creating unforgettable guest experiences, no two shifts are ever the same.
This is a full-time seasonal role for the summer, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be available most weekends and able to work during the England World Cup games — expect big crowds, buzzing atmospheres, and plenty of memorable moments.
You’ll be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering amazing customer service every time. Whether you’ve worked behind a busy bar before or simply love creating great experiences for people, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to get stuck in.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
