Job Title: Bar Staff – The Back of Beyond, Reading
Job Ref: 658172 Salary: £12.81 per hour (£13.81 for shifts between midnight–5.59am) Closing Date: 06/07/2026 Hours: 10 per week (flexible shifts across all days, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities
As a Bar Associate, your role involves:
- Ordering & serving: Taking/preparing/dispensing drinks (including via customer app) to exact spec.
- Food service: Delivering meals, checking back on customers, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Customer experience: Greeting customers warmly, maintaining rapport, and providing a friendly service.
- Promotions/events: Staying informed about special offers, products, and upcoming events.
- Cleanliness & maintenance:
- Enforce "clean as you go" standards (e.g., clearing tables, wiping surfaces, toilet checks).
- Glass-washing, floor/beer garden clearing, fridge restocking, and other as-needed tasks.
