Key Duties
Customer Service & Drink Preparation
- Take and process orders (including via the customer app)
- Prepare and serve drinks to exact specifications
- Ensure food is promptly delivered and checked back, then cleared systematically
Cleanliness & Teamwork
- Follow "clean as you go" policies, including:
- Table clearing
- Surface wiping
- Legionella checks (toilets, fridges)
- Assist in glass-washing, restocking and garden clearing
- Contribute to all areas of the pub, as required
Engagement & Knowledge
- Maintain friendly, warm interactions with guests (e.g., greetings, thank-yous)
- Stay updated on promotions, specials and menu changes
