Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Beverage Service Card:
- Taking Orders: Food & drinks (bar/app).
- Prep & Serving: Ensuring correct drinks specs & efficient table replenishment.
- Food & Customer Interactions:
- Delivery/tabling of food.
- Completing check-backs, clearing plates & tables within standards.
- Friendly greeting, builde rapport, & polite interactions.
- Pub Maintenance Card:
- Clean-as-you-go: Wiping surfaces, cleaning toilet areas.
- Areas included: Dishes, glass-washing, fridge replenishing, floors, beer garden.
- Knowledge-driven: Stay knowledgeable about promos, events, & new menu items.
