Duties & Responsibilities
You’ll work efficiently with your team to deliver high standards of service, cleanliness, safety and excellence. Core responsibilities include:

Serving drinks:
- Taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks at the bar and via the customer app to the exact specification
- Ensuring speed, accuracy, and friendliness in all interactions

Serving food:
- Delivering meals to tables, ensuring check-backs are completed
- Clearing plates and tilling within specified timeframes

Customer service:
- Greet customers warmly, maintain engagement, and facilitate rapport
- Promote knowledge of events, promotions, and new products

Maintenance and cleanliness:
- Adhere to "Clean as you go" standards by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and carrying out diligent toilet checks
- Assist with additional tasks such as glass washing, refilling fridges, cleaning the beer garden, and other general duties as required

Hours & Flexibility
- Hours per week:
- 20 flexible hours
- Weekly availability: Flexible shifts – functioning daily from Monday & Sunday, including early, late, weekend and early morning periods (till late at night). No standard set structure, adaptability is key.
