Key Responsibilities
As a Bar Staff Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

Front-of-house service:
- Taking orders, preparing, and serving drinks (bar or via customer app) to specification.
- Delivering food, completing check-backs, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Ensuring prompt service (sub-2 minute window for drinks, sub-4 for food).

Customer engagement:
- Building rapport with friendly greetings and polite interactions ("hi there", "thank you").
- Keeping customers informed about promotions, events, and new products.

Cleanliness & standards:
- Adhering to "clean as you go" principles—clearing surfaces, wiping tables, and maintaining sanitary toilet checks.
- Rotational duties including:
- Washing glassware
- Restocking fridges
- Clearing floors and beer gardens
