The Role
As Bar Staff, your responsibilities include:
- Serving drinks and food to specification, whether at the bar or via the app
- Taking orders, preparing, and ensuring customer needs are met within required timeframes
- Delivering food, completing check-backs, and clearing tables efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including:
- Wiping surfaces and upholding clean-as-you-go policies
- Completing toilet checks
- Performing additional duties such as glass-washing, stock-refilling, and beer garden clearing
- Providing friendly and professional customer service, including greeting guests and building positive rapport
- Being knowledgeable about promotions, events, and new products
- Continuing to develop skills across multiple areas, including customer-facing and operational tasks
Our pubs operate early mornings to late nights, offering great flexibilityincluding shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends, and night hours.
