The Role

As Bar Staff, your responsibilities include:

  • Serving drinks and food to specification, whether at the bar or via the app
  • Taking orders, preparing, and ensuring customer needs are met within required timeframes
  • Delivering food, completing check-backs, and clearing tables efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including:
    • Wiping surfaces and upholding clean-as-you-go policies
    • Completing toilet checks
    • Performing additional duties such as glass-washing, stock-refilling, and beer garden clearing
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service, including greeting guests and building positive rapport
  • Being knowledgeable about promotions, events, and new products
  • Continuing to develop skills across multiple areas, including customer-facing and operational tasks

Our pubs operate early mornings to late nights, offering great flexibilityincluding shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends, and night hours.
