Bonus: Up to 19% of pay via scheme

At our lavish Hills Estate pub (open early/late), you’ll contribute to an inclusive and welcoming work environment, serving food/drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drinks Service
    • Take orders (via bar/app), correctly dispense drinks, and comply with specifications.
  • Food Service
    • Deliver orders, manage check-outs, clear plates on time, pick up breakdowns.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Greet guests with warmth, maintain rapport, and memorise promotions.
  • Cleanliness
    • Adhere to "clean as you go" standards:
      • Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and execute toilet checks.
      • Assist with glass-washing, stocking fridges, garden clearing, and rotas.
  • Flexibility & Versatility
    • Work mornings/evenings, weekends, pub closures, including late finishes (pm-4am).

Progression Pathways: Late progression to management begins as Bar Team Leaders and shifts to: ✔ Management Academies (apprenticeships included) ✔ Cross-training (kitchen/hotel) ✔ Team-Leader/Shift-Leader roles ✔ Pub-Manager.

Key Policies

Bobby Normal Hours: Monday–Thurs: 01:00–01:00 (flexible start) Friday–Sunday: 08:00–02:00 (outsiders only)

Contract Hours (Weekly): 10+ hours (shifts shared flexibly)

Note: Restricted entry (e.g. weekends require early/late time ranges only).
