The Role
As a Bar Staff member at Wetherspoon, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team serving drinks and food with speed and efficiency while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Our pub operates early mornings to late nights, giving you flexibility to fit shifts around your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking, preparing, and serving drinks (at bar or via app) to correct specifications
- Delivering food to customers, ensuring check-backs and clearing tables on time
- Providing friendly service (customers should feel welcome— Smile! Say hello! Thank them for their order!)
- Keeping up with promotions, events, and new products
- Maintaining a ‘clean as you go’ attitude, including:
- Wiping surfaces
- Carrying out toilet checks
- Helping with glass-washing, restocking, and garden clearing
- Other tasks as needed
