Key Responsibilities

Your role involves ensuring exceptional service and high operational standards across our bar and food service. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Bar operations:
    • Accurately taking drink orders (in-person or through the customer app)
    • Preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks to specificity requirements
  • Food service:
    • Delivering food to tables promptly
    • Completing check-backs and clearing plates efficiently
  • Customer engagement:
    • Delivering friendly customer interactions (greetings, thanking customers, building rapport)
    • Providing detailed knowledge of promotions, events, and new products
  • Cleanliness & safety:
    • Maintaining ‘clean as you go’ standards (clearing tables, wiping surfaces, bathroom checks)
    • Supporting wider operational duties, including:
      • Glasswashing and restocking
      • Cleaning the beer garden, floors, and other areas
  • Flexibility:
    • Shifts can include mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes to match our extended operating hours.
