Key Responsibilities
As part of our customer-facing team, your role will include:
- Taking, preparing, and serving drinks (bar or via the customer app) to specification
- Delivering and clearing food efficiently, completing check-backs within timeframes
- Providing friendly, welcoming interactions (e.g., greeting customers, building rapport)
- Sharing knowledge about promotions, events, and new products
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards (clearing tables, wiping surfaces, toilet checks, etc.)
- Supporting all pub areas, including:
- Glass-washing
- Restocking fridges
- Cleaning beer gardens and floors
- Additional tasks as needed
