Key Responsibilities

As part of our customer-facing team, your role will include:

  • Taking, preparing, and serving drinks (bar or via the customer app) to specification
  • Delivering and clearing food efficiently, completing check-backs within timeframes
  • Providing friendly, welcoming interactions (e.g., greeting customers, building rapport)
  • Sharing knowledge about promotions, events, and new products
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards (clearing tables, wiping surfaces, toilet checks, etc.)
  • Supporting all pub areas, including:
    • Glass-washing
    • Restocking fridges
    • Cleaning beer gardens and floors
    • Additional tasks as needed
