Bar Staff – Alton Towers 2026
Event Details
- Dates: 18th July – 31st August 2026
- Shift Length: Typically 8–10 hours
- Selection Process: Successful applicants will be invited to a short interview to help us select the right team for the venue.
- Shifts: Shifts will be allocated on a rotating rota based on availability and operational requirements.
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + holiday pay.

We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Alton Towers throughout the busy summer season.
You will be based at one dedicated bar, becoming part of a close-knit team responsible for delivering excellent service and creating a great experience for every guest.
The Role
As a member of the bar team, you'll provide fast, friendly, and professional drinks service from your allocated bar.
Working in a busy hospitality environment, you'll help keep the bar running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve beer, cider, wine, spirits, and soft drinks efficiently.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar.
- Assist with restocking and general bar duties.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with your bar team and management.
- Maintain excellent personal presentation at all times.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for people who:

Previous bar or customer service experience is desirable but not essential—full training and support will be provided.

Please note that this is a rota-based position, with shifts allocated fairly throughout the season based on your availability, performance, and the operational needs of the venue.
