Key Responsibilities
Your role will cover:
- Drinks Service:
- Taking orders, preparing, and serving drinks (bar or via app) to satisfactory quality standards
- Customer Relations:
- Friendly greetings, building rapport, and thanking customers
- Providing info on promotions, events, and new products
- Food and Cleanliness:
- Delivering food orders
- Completing check-backs and clearing tables
- Maintaining our ‘clean as you go’ policy (wiping surfaces, toliets, glass-washing)
- Support Duties:
- Refilling stocks (clean fridge, glasses, restocking)
- Cleaning floors, beer gardens, or other assignments

Hours & Shifts
- Hours per week: Flexible around your 15-hour availability
- Shift requirements:
- Monday-Sunday: Flexible (evenings, weekends, late finishes)
- Example of time slots:
- Fridays and Saturdays: Typically 4pm–2am
- Other days: Fully flexible
