Core Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Serving drinks to specification, either at the bar or via the customer app
  • Delivering meals, checking back with customers, and clearing plates efficiently
  • Providing friendly customer interactions (e.g., greeting guests and building rapport)
  • Staying informed about promotions, events, and new products
  • Upholding ‘clean as you go’ standards*, including:
    • Clearing tables and wiping surfaces
    • Conducting toilet checks
    • Glass-washing, stocking fridges, and maintaining the beer garden
  • Performing additional duties as needed (e.g., floor cleaning)
