Core Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Serving drinks to specification, either at the bar or via the customer app
- Delivering meals, checking back with customers, and clearing plates efficiently
- Providing friendly customer interactions (e.g., greeting guests and building rapport)
- Staying informed about promotions, events, and new products
- Upholding ‘clean as you go’ standards*, including:
- Clearing tables and wiping surfaces
- Conducting toilet checks
- Glass-washing, stocking fridges, and maintaining the beer garden
- Performing additional duties as needed (e.g., floor cleaning)
