As a Bartender at Tram & Social, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. Your primary responsibilities will include mixing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, preparing and presenting beverages with attention to quality and detail, maintaining a clean and organised bar, checking identification and adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines, collaborating with fellow staff members to ensure a smooth flow of service, assisting with restocking, inventory management, and bar supplies, and following safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy and dynamic atmosphere.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating great drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
