Key Responsibilities

  • Order, prepare, and serve drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) to correct specifications, including bar service and customer app orders.
  • Deliver food efficiently, complete table check-backs, and clear plates within timeframe.
  • Customer service excellence: Greet customers warmly, build rapport, and ensure a friendly, attentive experience.
  • Stay updated on promotions, events, and new products.
  • Maintain "clean as you go" standards—clear tables, wipe surfaces, conduct toilet spot checks, and assist with other duties, including:
    • Glass-washing
    • Restocking fridges
    • Beer garden/floor cleaning
