Key Responsibilities
- Order, prepare, and serve drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) to correct specifications, including bar service and customer app orders.
- Deliver food efficiently, complete table check-backs, and clear plates within timeframe.
- Customer service excellence: Greet customers warmly, build rapport, and ensure a friendly, attentive experience.
- Stay updated on promotions, events, and new products.
- Maintain "clean as you go" standards—clear tables, wipe surfaces, conduct toilet spot checks, and assist with other duties, including:
- Glass-washing
- Restocking fridges
- Beer garden/floor cleaning
