Key Responsibilities

Bar Duties

  • Taking drink orders, whether served at the bar or via the customer app
  • Preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks to the correct specification
  • Keeping stock levels topped up and fridges restocked

Food Services & Customer Care

  • Delivering food to customers and completing check-backs timely
  • Clearing tables, dishes, and ensuring customers are satisfied
  • Friendly customer interactions – greeting guests, saying goodbye, and building rapport
  • Staying informed about promotions, events and new products

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Maintaining ‘clean as you go’ standards
  • Wiping surfaces, washing glasses, and performing toilet checks
  • Supporting with floor maintenance, garden clearing, and other duties as required
