Key Responsibilities
Bar Duties
- Taking drink orders, whether served at the bar or via the customer app
- Preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks to the correct specification
- Keeping stock levels topped up and fridges restocked
Food Services & Customer Care
- Delivering food to customers and completing check-backs timely
- Clearing tables, dishes, and ensuring customers are satisfied
- Friendly customer interactions – greeting guests, saying goodbye, and building rapport
- Staying informed about promotions, events and new products
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintaining ‘clean as you go’ standards
- Wiping surfaces, washing glasses, and performing toilet checks
- Supporting with floor maintenance, garden clearing, and other duties as required
