Location: Bourlon Sergeants Mess, Munster Barracks, Catterick, DL9 3DN
Contract type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
Shift times: Mon to Fri, 15:00 – 19:00, with occasional absence cover and functions
Pay: £12.71/ hour (£13,263.65)
We’re looking for a Bar Steward to join our friendly team at Bourlon Sergeants Mess, Munster Barracks. You’ll play a key role in delivering a top-quality bar experience across our three onsite bars – making every interaction count.

What you'll do:
- Serving drinks and bar snacks with a smile
- Handling cash and operating tills
- Keeping the bar and kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Stocking and rotating supplies using FIFO
- Reporting any issues or feedback to your manager.
What we're looking for:
- UK resident for the past 3 years
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Over 18
- Previous experience is great, but not essential – full training provided!
