Bar Supervisor
We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London.
The Blues Kitchen is a lively restaurant, bar and live music venue known for its cocktails, all-American comfort food and incredible live performances. Across our London venues we welcome thousands of guests every week for dinner, drinks and live music.
We’re looking for someone confident behind the bar who can support the management team and help lead the bar team during busy services.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the bar management team during service. Leading the bar team during shifts. Maintaining high drink standards and service pace. Supporting bartenders and barbacks during busy services. Helping maintain a positive and high-energy bar culture.

Experience working in a supervisory role behind a busy bar. Confidence leading teams during fast-paced service. Strong cocktail knowledge. Strong communication and organisation. A genuine passion for hospitality.
