As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of our bar. Working closely with senior management and team members, you will ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained, and our guests' expectations are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the smooth running of the bar, maintaining impeccable standards at all times.
- Utilising your expertise in mixology, wines, and spirits to craft exceptional drinks and cocktails.
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and guests.
- Upholding our commitment to exceptional standards through meticulous attention to detail.
- Leading by example with your professionalism, personal presentation, and dedication to excellence.
- Demonstrating resilience and determination to consistently deliver outstanding results.
What you Need:
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, luxury venue, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
- An excellent understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits, coupled with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with team members, management, and guests alike.
- Superb attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence in all aspects of your work.
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team through training, support, and solid leadership.
- Exceptional personal presentation, reflecting our commitment to excellence in every detail.
- Resilience and drive to consistently achieve and exceed goals, embodying our ethos of getting things right the first time.
