Bar Supervisor

Be a Bar Supervisor but most importantly be you!

We are looking for a confident Bar Supervisor with strong cocktail knowledge, proper bar experience, and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality hospitality. This is not a late-night high-street bar role. You will be leading the bar service across our beautiful hotel and spa, supporting our restaurant, terrace, private dining and guest experiences. You will need to be hands-on, organised, guest-focused and confident making classic cocktails, recommending drinks, supporting the team and keeping service flowing smoothly.

As Bar Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant & Bar Manager with the smooth running of our bar service across the hotel, spa, restaurant and terrace.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve quality cocktails, wines, spirits and other drinks with confidence and consistency
  • Lead by example during service, keeping the bar organised, calm and guest-focused
  • Support terrace, restaurant and private dining drinks service
  • Help train team members on cocktails, drinks knowledge, presentation and service standards
  • Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, bar setup and closing procedures
  • Support ordering, stock control and general bar organisation
  • Create a warm, polished and memorable guest experience
  • Bring ideas, personality and pride to the drinks offering

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous bar experience in a quality hospitality setting
  • Good cocktail knowledge and confidence making classic drinks
  • Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, members’ club, premium pub, cocktail bar or similar environment
  • A calm and organised approach during busy service
  • A genuine interest in drinks, hospitality and guest experience
  • The confidence to support and motivate other team members
  • A professional but personable style

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
