Aramark UK are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Team Leader to join our Hotel Food & Beverage team at Chessington World of Adventures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and take ownership of busy, high-energy bar operations within a leading resort environment. Our hotel operation features a fast-paced, guest-focused bar experience where standards, service, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Bar Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our bar operations, supporting the Hotel F&B Management team and leading your team from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What you'll be doing
Leading by example to deliver outstanding bar service and consistently achieve the "perfect serve" Training, developing, and motivating a large and diverse bar team on shift Supporting Duty Managers and the wider F&B leadership team in the smooth running of bar operations Ensuring all checklists, opening/closing procedures, and cleaning are completed to a high standard Overseeing cellar management, line cleaning, and bar equipment cleanliness in line with Aramark standards Maintaining excellent bar presentation, including stock layout and visual standards to maximise efficiency and sales Driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional guest service at all times Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

Experience in a fast-paced bar environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Knowledge or experience of cellar management and line cleaning procedures Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
