We are The Light, we provide a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities; cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars and kitchens - we have it all!
We’re looking for a Bar Team Leader to help lead our bar team.
As a Bar Team Leader you’ll support day-to-day bar operations, guide the team during busy shifts, and make sure every guest enjoys great service.
About You:
- Previous experience working behind a bar, with some leadership or supervisory experience
- Friendly, confident, and a great communicator
- Passionate about great drinks and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere
- Organised and calm under pressure, even on the busiest nights
- Able to support and motivate a team, leading by example
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the bar team during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Make sure the bar is clean, fully stocked, and running at its best
- Support with training and mentoring team members
- Serve drinks and interact with guests in a friendly, professional way
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Handle guest feedback and issues with confidence and care
- Help create a fun, relaxed environment where guests and team members feel welcome
