Overview
We are seeking positive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Bar Team Member.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. As a key part of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic experience—whether they're enjoying a drink or dining with us.

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, guaranteeing prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
- Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining high standards for quality and presentation.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring the bar area, equipment, and utensils remain pristine.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish items as needed, and assist with stock rotation to maintain freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard, fostering a positive work environment.
- Accurately process transactions (cash and card payments), following all cash-handling procedures.
- Offer helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting available facilities and services, and resolving any queries or concerns promptly.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying updated with new products and services.

Requirements
- While previous bar, restaurant or customer service experience is advantageous, it is not essential—full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to operate well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills (essential for handling transactions).
