A Day in the Life of a Bartender at RBH
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, including signature flavourful creations.
- Brew and serve fresh coffee, ensuring guests stay energised.
- Set and maintain the bar to the highest standards, creating a welcoming ambience.
- Take and record orders accurately, balancing speed with precision.
- Keep the bar spotless, from counters to tools and storage.
- Serve food orders efficiently for guests using the bar area.
- Report any equipment issues to management promptly.
- Proactively restock supplies to keep operations smooth.
