Requirements
- Passion for great food, drink, and service
- Ability to support the management team in leading shifts with confidence
- Ability to handle guest expectations with charm and professionalism
- Proven management experience in a hospitality or service-led role
- Organized and thrives on multitasking
- Previous pub experience is ideal, but not essential as we hire based on potential
Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and look after guests to ensure they go home happy and raring to return
- Deliver great guest service
- Develop interpersonal and craft skills
- Delight guests with drinks knowledge, barista, and cocktail skills
