Bar Team Member
If you love great drinks and being part of a busy, welcoming team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the centre of the action, creating a warm welcome and delivering excellent service for every customer here at The Globe in Warwick!
Your Bread and Butter
- Basic up to £12.71 per hour, plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank).
- Paid overtime.

About You...
You’ll take pride in crafting quality drinks, engaging with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly. From pouring the perfect pint to recommending wines and spirits, you’ll help create a friendly and memorable atmosphere every shift.
