The Opportunity
We’re welcoming new Bar Team Members to The Three Bulls Heads—no prior experience is required. We’ll provide all necessary training and support while fostering a collaborative team environment. You’ll join a vibrant local community and help provide memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable and warm.
- Prepare, serve, and recommend high-quality food and drink with a smile.
- Ensure the three-power safety (health, safety, and edible food) is maintained.
- Contribute to keeping the venue clean, safe, and welcoming.

Each of our pubs has its own personality but shares a welcoming spirit. The Three Bulls Heads, located near Newcastle’s Haymarket, serves students, shoppers, and commuters during the week and hosts football fans (especially after matches at St James’ Park) on weekends.
