About the Role
This customer-focused role is perfect for those with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a lively, fast-paced atmosphere. You’ll serve drinks, assist with food operations, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure guests leave with happy memories.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement & Service: Greet and serve customers with warmth and efficiency.
- Food & Drink Service: Prepare and serve menu items while maintaining high standards for quality and presentation.
- Bar Maintenance: Uphold stringent cleanliness and hygiene protocols for workspaces and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist with stock rotation.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues to achieve operational efficiency.
- Transactions & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and securely.
- Guest Advice & Promotion: Provide proactive guidance on park facilities and address guest queries.
- Training & Professional Growth: Participate in team meetings and skill-building sessions.

Requirements
- Preferred (not essential): Experience in bars, restaurants, or customer service environments.
- Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal abilities to engage guests effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management.
