Job Description
Position: Bars Team Member
Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Type: Full Time
As a Bars Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering friendly, efficient service in our busy bars. Whether you're mixing cocktails, pouring the perfect pint, or recommending a favourite drink, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable moments for every guest throughout their stay.
You’ll also:
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Serve our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including; tea, coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, and a range of alcoholic drinks to our guests
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic role
- Possess strong attention to detail – being able to spot when tables and glasses need clearing
- Attend training sessions, to ensure you have relevant knowledge of alcohol laws and procedures
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Hours of work:
- Full-time position - working 40 hours per week.
- Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
- Bar opening times: 9am – 2.30am
- 8 hour shifts include; days, evenings, and lates
- All straight shifts around the needs of the business
Rates of pay - Based upon age:
- £12.71 per hr (Over 21)
- £10.85 per hour – 18 - 20
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Prior bar experience is great, but not essential – we can train you!
- The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A team player who’s keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
