Bar Team Member - Tap & Brew

BAR STAFF -  TAP&BREW BAR, NEWCASTLE AIRPORTFixed term contract until November 2026! Please note, this is a Full-Time role with a mixture of morning shifts, evening shifts and overnight shifts.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.91 per hour. 

Please note that this is a 24 hours operation unit. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:  

As a Bar Staff, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.   You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.  5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.   Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Staff role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.

ABOUT THE BAR STAFF ROLE:  

Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Take orders and prepare drinks behind the bar. Work on the floor collecting glasses and keeping sections clean and presentable. Support the bar team as a Bar Back by restocking supplies throughout the shift. Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware and essential items.
