The Opportunity
We are looking to welcome passionate Bar Team Members to Tullie Inn. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we’re seeking individuals who enjoy working together to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll:
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
- Follow structured processes to prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks.
- Offer personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience (when appropriate).
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all visitors.
