The Opportunity
We’re looking for Bar Team Members to join The Rule, offering an opportunity for anyone without prior bar experience (training and support provided). We value teamwork and creativity, aiming to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage guests naturally, making them feel comfortable and welcome.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink efficiently.
- Provide recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all.

Social Pub and Kitchen specialises in customised, guest-focused experiences. By day, The Rule is a family-friendly pub with a diverse menu and 20+ screens for live sports (football, NFL, boxing, rugby). By night, it transforms into a party hub, featuring an extensive drinks menu and top-tier DJs.
Your role? Engage confidently with guests, showcase your passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport, and bring the venue’s unique vibe to life.
