We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Bar Tender at Sun Street Hotel
With an initial focus on building our team, this position offers a clear career pathway as part of the Food & Beverage team.

The Ideal Individual
We are looking for a proven professional with experience in a similar Hotel or Restaurant role, particularly within a luxury environment.
- You should demonstrate expertise in delivering high-standard Food & Beverage service.
- Passionately driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven track record of motivating, inspiring, and engaging teams.
- Attention to eyeing details and the ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a positive demeanour.
Role Responsibilities
As Bar Tender at Sun Street Hotel, you will:
- Ensure standards are maintained, complying with company and legal requirements.
- Bear responsibility for day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Management team.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant departments, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, and guaranteeing a luxury-standard, seamless journey through their visit.
- Coordinate both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation—tables ready for service, guests engaged from entry, ensuring a smooth visitor experience from start to finish.
- Guarantee your constant presence on the floor, fostering a community-driven environment for both guests and colleagues.
- Ensure a lasting positive impression for every guest who steps through our doors.
