Bar Waiter/Waitress job opening for the JOIA - Perola Cocktail Bar

JOIA at art’otel Battersea Power Station is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa and is inspired by Henrique’s culinary heritage and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula.

Your Journey So Far

We are looking for our Waiter/Waitress who has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.

We want JOIA to be the most talked about Restaurant around London.

What You Will Receive

  • Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.94 (minimum contracted rate) to £18 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Waiter/Waitress, you:

  • Will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
  • Are passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Are fully flexible to work on a Rota basis including late evenings
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • Should have previous experience working as a Cocktail or Bar Waiter/Waitress
