About the Role As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers. Whether you’re pouring a pint, recommending the perfect drink after a long day, or ensuring friendships continue tabletalk-wise, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

You will…

  • Provide customers with heartfelt and memorable experiences each and every time they visit.
  • Be the local insider behind the bar, offering expert recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
  • Assist in greeting customers, serving food, and looking after our guests throughout their visit.
  • Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, resolving any issues quickly and safely.
