Job Description
As Bar & Waiting Staff at the Golden Hind (Cambridge), you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers—whether it’s pouring a pint, recommending the perfect drink after a long day, or ensuring the good times keep flowing.
You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering expert recommendations
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
- Assist with:
- Greeting customers
- Serving food
- Looking after diners while they enjoy their meal
- Ensure the bar remains safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly and responsibly
