Job Description
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a key role in crafting unforgettable moments for our customers. Whether you’re serving a pint or recommending the ideal drink to someone after a long day, your role ensures the good times keep flowing.
You’ll join a fun, inclusive team that values growth, skill development, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
As a Bar & Waiting Staff member, you will:
- Provide customers with heartfelt, memorable experiences on every visit.
- Act as the bar’s insider, offering drink recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist with:
- Greeting customers
- Serving food
- Ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar, addressing issues swiftly and responsibly.
