Job Description: Bar & Waiting Staff

As part of our Bar & Waiting Staff team, you’ll play a key role in crafting unforgettable moments for our customers, whether it’s:

  • Pouring a perfect pint with care
  • Offering warm, knowledgeable recommendations to guests
  • Ensuring smooth service—serving food, assisting with customers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

  • Deliver exceptional service every time, ensuring each customer leave with a memorable and heartfelt experience.
  • Act as the bar expert, guiding customers with drink recommendations and ensuring they leave happy.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to specifications—consistency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are key.
  • Assist in customer service, including greeting guests, serving food, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all.
  • Maintain bar hygiene, safety, and legality. Any issues must be resolved quickly, efficiently, and safely.
