About the Role
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for customers. Whether you’re pouring a pint, recommending the perfect drink, or ensuring customers have a warm welcome, you’ll help keep the good times flowing. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow, strengthen your skills, and gain valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff team, you will be tasked with:
- Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Taking on the role of "insider behind the bar", offering expert recommendations to customers.
- Preparing and presenting drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assisting in greeting, serving food, and ensuring excellent care while customers dine with us.
- Ensuring the bar’s safety, legality, and cleanliness, while solving any issues efficiently and professionally.
