You’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether it’s pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day. You’ll be part of a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow, learn, and strengthen your skills and experience.
About the Role
At Flaming Grill, we’re famous for our flame-grilled food and sizzling skillets. We create a lively atmosphere where customers feel at home, enjoying games, great food, and top-quality drinks. As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering this experience.
Responsibilities
As a Bar & Waiting Staff, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Offer expert beer and cocktail recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Prepare and present high-quality drinks that meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting customers, serving food, and ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar area, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
