Our Bar & Waiting Staff are the heartbeat of our community-focused Green King pubs, creating warm, welcoming spaces for locals to connect—over food, drink, events, or spontaneous chats.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

As a Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll contribute to exceptional service by:

  • Bar Backing: Delivering memorable experiences with personalised recommendations and drink mastery.
  • Food & Beverage: Pouring drinks professionally, assisting with food service, and ensuring every table feels welcome.
  • Safety & Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, legal bar environment—with rapid action on any issues.
