Job Description
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be integral to crafting unforgettable customer experiences. From pouring the perfect pint to recommending drinks that make guests’ evenings extra special, you’ll ensure elevated moments at every visit. Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Team, you’ll need to:
- Deliver heartfelt, memorable experiences for every customer.
- Serve as market research insider on drink trends, offering tailored recommendations.
- Prepare and serve high-standard drinks, matching brand specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with customer welcome, table service, and food delivery.
- Ensure bar hygiene, safety, and compliance, addressing issues swiftly and professionally.
